Donghua Tianye New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established through investment from East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (ECEC), a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC), and Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. (TIANYE). ECEC holds a 51% stake in the company, while TIANYE holds 49%. The company was established on March 18, 2021, and is located in the Shihezi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Donghua Tianye focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of polyester biodegradable materials and related products. It operates a 500,000 tons per year PBAT project, commissioned in June 2022, utilizing high-efficiency catalysts with independent intellectual property rights to produce PBAT materials that exceed national quality standards.
